Above a supposed first look of the D&G Spring/Summer campaign which we can be expecting anytime (hours, days, weeks) after midnight has struck, for then it is 2011. Featuring are Alesandra Ambriosio and Izabel Goulart, shot by Steven Klein.

Dolce & Gabbana are bringing us the Sicilian landscapes and lifestyle: solare, mediterraneo, sicilianità, sartorialità, sensualità. And most obviously: white.

A homely feeling arouses when seeing the collection; tablecloths, bedspreads, curtains seemed to have transformed function and appeared on the runway as dresses. Flowing white lace with crystal embellishments, crotchet, floral and leopard print with a one-off touch of black, took shape of cocktail dresses, lingerie dresses, baby-doll dresses and even skirtsuits. Hemlines vary from thigh-high (sky high with the endless model legs) or femininely cover the ankles. The girly flow was strengthened up with tiny jackets, blazers and button-down shirts. What shoes can we expect from D&G? Wooden-heeled peep-toe shoes with embellished single, multi or t-straps in white and black.
